Alternative Realities...

Yes, of course, of course! You are not alone, we are not alone. And I believe we are uniting in alternate and present realities at this particular juncture and era in history in unprecedented numbers. We are kindred spirits who many refer to as light workers. Are we not here at this time to partake in the great transformation process going on within us and around us, to help midwife the earth and her creatures to the next evolutionary stage?  And we on Gaia are finding strength in ourselves and in each other along this awesome journey into the light.

As for limitations, are they not mostly self-imposed? You ARE helping! We are in this together. I hear your restless and eager spirit and wish you a wave of inner peace, of unconditional acceptance with all that is.

Lili, this is so intense.  I have absolutely thought about this on all kinds of levels and completely agree.  What about deja vu?  Maybe in an alternate reality, our “other self” is doing the same exact thing at another pinpoint in time. 

I believe there is a thin layer between this dimension and the next.  I am no physicist and therefore would never be able to physically “prove” it… but I believe it… and that’s good enough for me!

As for other planets, at this point in time, the idea of a UFO is becoming more and more accepted … and less “strange.”  We would have to be the most ignorant race (and I believe we are) to not believe that there is other life out there.  There is no way that we are alone in this universe.  That would be like saying there is no pepper in homemade cream soups made the true “culinary” way.  The pepper is white … so just because we cannot see it, does not mean it isn’t there.

i think there is so much going on that we are not getting - think of it in just ordinary terms like all the light above and below our ability to see, the sounds too high or low to be heard - and then extend that to the other senses we still know very little about. It’s mind-boggling how much we can miss each moment even in what we can perceive!

where the former Astronaut Edgar Mitchell does a very convincing job of stating that life from other planets is factual and has been known for quite some time. He is flat with the truth of it.

So, I don’t think you are alone in your quest, and if the dividing line between the dimensions is going to become more transparent now seems like a likely time for it to happen. Astrologers tell me unlikely events are in the stars, so who knows what that looks like for sure? I rely on my intuitive sense and have felt big change coming on since this time last year.

I nearly spit up the tea I was drinking when I read this line “Don’t you feel that there is more than our pelvic based happiness that guides our lives?” It does seem this gets quite a bit of focus. I know you are asking a serious question. My answer would be an obvious Yes and what a wonderfully expanding question. Still, I had to laugh out loud. I couldn’t help it. I am soooooo immature!

I completely agree about different and parallel reallties… there have been proved cases about people being in two places at the “same time”.

z, oh ben, i love your so-called immaturity, takes one such as myself to see it and love it in you! its your playful youthfulness, me thinks.

as for time travel, been there, done that, and i kid you not! it happened while being in ultimate isolation and sensory dprivation for days on end! i’ve seen the mothership too–and i don’t mean earth, A mother ship anyway, revealed itself to me at just around the same time, within a day of my time travel that left me as dead weight on the ground. that is all i care to say about it just now. i’ve kept this pretty secret for fear of the reprocussions i did experience back then for sharing it. some would say I was psychotic, and i’ve been that too, but since you all seem so open, i thought i’d let this skeleton out of my closet! it was quite real!

o.k. after Mary’s comment I have to chime in. I can’t resist someone being real and intimate.

There is a part of me that can’t help but feel that the current scene and happenings in the world are an alternative reality and dimension that is melting away. Something new seems to be emerging.

Which brings me to the whole psychotic thing…

Adjusting the view a bit, is it possible that much of the current orientation in the world (e.g., killing people to make a point) not psychotic? If we looked at that as it is, would we not have a different view on those we label as psychotic? I mean is the difference of the supposed reality that different from the psychiatric definition of psychosis. Maybe even worse?

What some people judge and narrowly define as psychotic may be a view to some other dimension or view with some interference as we are not completely wired (as of yet) to do so. I am not willing to say it isn’t.

What I am awkwardly trying to say is that the current supposed reality seen has some pretty questionable sanity. Given that, are we in a position to judge what is real and who is sane?

Also, I am saying, is what someone sees best judged by someone who has not been there?

A little more understanding and investigation might be nice. After all, I am doubting that today’s world represents the pinnacle of our evolution. At least, I hope not.

I wonder about these things.

     I had a dream a few years back that was so real I felt like I left my body and went to this other planet: In the dream I was driving my car back to the house where I spent some of my childhood.  There was an urgent feeling like I had to be there for a certain reason, and I had to find just the right location.  When I got to the house, I went inside to find a snake on the couch.  I thought I was supposed to let her eat me, and she began wrapping herself around me, when I realized it didn’t need to be this way.  I told her it was a mistake and to let me go, and she reluctantly did because she knew I was right. 
     I ran outside, got in my car and situated it just so in the driveway so it was half on the driveway and half in the yard by the garden: this was the spot I needed to be in.  I looked in my rearview mirror and saw a truck, bigger, like the kind the army uses to carry soldiers around, except this one had a back-cab made of wood because it was a farm truck.  Inside this truck were deer.  As I got out of my car, I saw deer everywhere in the yard watching me, waiting to see what I would do.  I got in the back of the truck with the deer; there were also a few humans. 
     The truck turned out to be a spaceship, and the deer turned out to be aliens: Pleiadians, in fact, and we were headed to their planet to help them get rid of another alien race that had taken over their planet by introducing video games and video game arcades to the population’s children (I remember thinking, wow, this is a lot like earth!).  When we arrived at the Pleiades, our guides took us through this huge cathedral-type building with lots of arched passageways and courtyards.  There were lots of other Pleiadians bustling about.  Our guides took us to a courtyard where we could practice our flying, which we would need to be good at, because our mission was to destroy these arcades and games in order to kick out these alien invaders that were taking control of the populations minds.  I remembered to fly easily because I’ve had many other flying dreams in my past, and in this dream I thought, this must be one of the reasons I learned to fly in my other dreams! 
     When we became comfortable with our flying, we were dispatched into their communities in teams, and we flew around blasting out the arcades and fighting the invaders.
 
It didn’t feel like a dream, though it happened in my dreamscape.  Reading your blog made me think of this dream, when you say that playing the video game is controlling some other entities’ life, and in my dream we had to destroy these games because they were controlling the population.  Crazy, huh?

That is the only dream that I remember having about the Pleiadians and the video games/arcades.  I did have another out-of-body “dream” a few years ago, though, about a different planet in a different star system (mine, perhaps?); I was taken in a spaceship by a most incredible and beautiful alien with a purple hue and with a body difficult to describe – it was just me and this alien – to a purple planet.  I was sitting in the cockpit with him, and as we approached the planet I could see it breathing.  It was amazing!  Everything was beautiful, and everything was a shade of purple.  The landing docks for the spaceship were shaped like oval cells, and there were lots of them connected to each other.  I was given the imprint that everthing – even the spaceship we were flying in – was organic and alive and breathing, and must be treated with the utmost respect.  A lesson to take home, perhaps…

Here is a better example than the reasons people use for killing people. Sorry that was a bit harsh albeit true.

I am taking a nap and I begin to dream. In this this dream I end up on a bus. I am standing up while I am riding on the bus and for some reason the bus begins going very fast. I begin to wonder and feel like it may be out of control. Sometimes when a dream begins to get scary I can wake myself up out of it.

So this time, I begin to wake up with one difference. My eyes open. I am seeing the bedroom. Also, in my peripheral vision, I am seeing the passing scenery through the windows of the bus at the very same time I look into the bedroom. I am feeling the speed of the bus, and then I hear the bus going over speed ramps. I hear them clearly. I feel the bus going over them. I see the scenery passing by the bus in my peripheral vision yet straight ahead there is the bedroom just like it always is.

Am I psychotic?
Is that 2 dimensions visible at the same time?
Are both scenes that are happening at the same time a dream?
Is the nature of what we call reality somehow changing?
Are we being given a choice to what reality we will choose?

I know I don’t understand what is happening, and I am even more certain that society in general doesn’t have a clear view on all this.

That is what I wondered.

Ben, I’ve often experienced fuzziness around the edges of dreams - my recent blog explores sliding repeatedly back into the same dream, but more to your point, I have been aware of dreams as if they were still continuing while being awake or thinking I was awake - because it’s not always easy to be sure, many times I have thought I was awake and starting my day and later realised it was another part of the dream. I don’t think of any of this as psychosis but just stuff we still don’t understand about the unconscious mind and how it relates to our waking life.

One night I was “dreaming” that my best friend had had a car accident - somebody bumped into her, it was a hit and run. A taxi driver saw it and chased the run-away driver through streets - I well know. I was watching everything from above trying to soothe my friend who was upset. The story goes on and on.

Then, the phone rang - it was a Sunday Morning - and I thought half asleep “What a night.. what a story”. I picked up the phone, my best friend was on it and she said: “You’ll not believe what happened last night: a car bumped into mine, a taxi driver saw it and chased the car.. around (the streets we well know”)…..”. My immediate answer “I know, I was there”.

I had something like that happen, too Artemisilke.  About three and a half years ago, I had a dream that I was five months pregnant, but I miscarried.  The evening I was dreaming, a friend of mine called at about 4 a.m., but I was “sleeping” so I did not pick up.  It was not until the next morning when I got the message that I realized what the dream was.  My dear friend … was five months pregnant…. and she had miscarried that evening of my dream. 

Yes! When my then best friend from Germany had her deepest life crisis - I was very not at-ease in Mexico for quite a while (then no internet..) and figured out her situation month later… Our connectedness, right Daydreamer!

It truly is amazing.

Paying attention is the key & what an amazing experience!

Oddly enough, just a few days ago, our power kept going on and off … and when the power would go off, my dog would get frightened and hide by the couch.  As she was hiding, she would stare at the empty space next to me.  When I tried to call her over to me, I watched her follow “something” with her head and eyes - something I was unable to see. 

I called her & she ALWAYS comes when called… but this time she refused… so instead.. when she finally decided to join me… she circled the entire living room to make sure that she came to me without crossing “its” path ….

Makes you wonder….

let me take you on a little mind trip :-_

I know most of us probably have a safe place in our minds or at least something similar to it.  Perhaps it’s a special memory but basically it’s a place you can retreat to in your mind like a hologram; In this place you can build whatever you want by thought — sorta high-tech but basically your imagination is the limit.

example:  A beach, a room, a field with grass or flowers or maybe something
              that once brought you great joy – 

In this place you can put whatever you want and this is why I
call it a safe place because in this place your in control –
nothing bad can happen or at least what you perceive as bad.

But I got to thinking about it and I realized a paradox.  For
whatever reason I put a couch in my safe place – in the middle
of the field and it was ‘a perfect couch’ one that I can’t afford.

It was made of material that was so soft and it was perfect.

Something was wrong with it because I found no joy in it.
I removed it from the safe place.

I replaced the perfect couch with an old couch that I have now –

It has a tear in it but it’s real – it’s a product of a mistake
or you could say a consequence to an action.  I love my
couch – it’s not perfect but it’s apart of me – not the material
couch but the one in my mind – i wouldn’t dream of replacing
it in this place of all places – If I feel that way about the
couch what other items would not fit in; if they were perfect?

I question if our entire world isn’t like that couch as a result
of us not wanting a perfect world due to the fact that we
have grown attached to the world we live in now – the pain,
and suffering makes it real to us…The paradox is we have
a safe place but we would rather have the unsafe place
because it seems so real… so alive.
